Give Back to the Charity You Care About—Every Time You Buy or Sell a Home

At its core, real estate is about life transitions and new beginnings. But what if your home purchase or sale could also support a cause you care deeply about? With the Client’s Choice Charitable Giving Program, every real estate transaction becomes an opportunity to give back. As your trusted Realtor in Central Virginia, I donate a portion of my commission to a qualified 501(c)(3) nonprofit charity of your choice at the close of your transaction. Whether you’re buying your first home, upgrading, downsizing, or selling a property, you can make a positive impact—right here in our local community or across the nation.

How the Program Works:

You Choose the Charity

After we go under contract, I’ll ask you to name a nonprofit organization you support.
I Make the Donation

At closing, I’ll donate a portion of my commission—no strings attached.
The Impact Is Yours

The donation will be made to a charity of your choice funded by me.

Charity Requirements

To ensure donations go to impactful, inclusive organizations, eligible charities must meet these criteria:

Be a recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit under IRS guidelines
Be non-political in mission and activities
Be non-religious or not primarily faith-based

This allows us to focus support on causes like:

Animal welfare and rescue
Education and youth development
Environmental conservation
Health research and services
Disaster relief and recovery
Veteran and military family support
Hunger and housing assistance
